This delightful weatherboard home in Collingwood was fully renovated throughout, with a new kitchen and bathroom, double-glazed windows and doors, new carpet and interior paint. The rear courtyard decking was upgraded to recycled red mahogany from Ceres Fairwood while the installation of split systems, solar panels and an electric heat pump now mean the home no longer uses gas. Although the floor plan remained the same, our client loves the fresh and calming ambiance.
