Marcelle was great to deal with. Thorough with an attention to detail I appreciated that Marcelle answered questions clearly and thoughtfully, and followed through in a timely way. She was prepared, resourceful, accomodating and a good communicator – it was a great experience. We are very pleased with our refreshed timber work in house exteriors and our refreshed verandah and cladding. Extra thanks for not leaving us in a bind with the waste timber too.
