This 1948 double story home was built by the architect of the original Royal Children’s Hospital. We are giving it a sizeable interior makeover, with a new kitchen, upgraded bathroom, laundry and powder rooms. New wiring replaced the old cloth cabling and a new electrical switchboard has made the home safer and more functional. We have done small carpentry projects for the owners over the past couple of years so it was a thrill when they asked me to undertake this major renovation.
